(This is just a simple example of a quiz I built within minutes after installing Simple Quiz Engine. There is a ton of flexibility in how you want it to look, grouping questions, colors, images, and much more. I also could have automatically tied an opt-in into the submit button but did not since this quiz is for my existing subscribers. – Eric)
