Eric’s Tips are one of the limited number of IM-related e-mails that doesn’t get the “delete” button. I like the fact that Eric’s e-mails are always short and to the point — he respects my valuable time and doesn’t hype every new product that comes along.

Eric also writes with a very down-to-earth style. Quite refreshing after some of the blowhard “guru” e-mail that all too often fills my inbox.
