Eric – I’ve been enjoying your “Tips” emails since signing up a short time ago. One that really hit a chord with me recently was your “Eric’s Tip’s blog Edition #46” about how you survived a serious malware penetration that nearly wiped out your computer system.

It’s a perfect example of how easily a computer system can be compromised – and better yet – how to approach recovering from the harrowing event.
