I’m thankful that God is in control of this world and I am not. Things are pretty messed up almost everywhere but I know that He is still working in miraculous ways in peoples’ lives. He has provided for my family. He doesn’t always do it in the way we expected but that’s what faith is all about.

Thank you for not have a hyped up IM sales letter on Thanksgiving like most of the rest of the bunch. Thanksgiving is a holiday and I hate the commercialism!

I am thankful for a healthy family, thankful…you know when you pull off the freeway and come to the traffic light and see someone holding a ‘homeless sign-will work for food’ or ‘need beer’? I’m thankful because but for the grace of God, that could be me. I’m thankful for the school of hard knocks. I’m thankful that I am blessed beyond measure to be a blessing. Thankful for my wife and kids! And thank you Eric for being a guy of integrity.

In my many (many) years I have discovered several truths one of which is that gratitude is the art of painting adversity into a lovely picture.
And as for you my friend: “Praise the bridge that carried you over.” Quote by George Colman. You have assisted so many you have become that bridge and deserving of that praise.

Hi Eric, Happy Thanks Giving to you and your family and all your friends. This year I am forever gratefull for Jesus Christ and my family. I have changed for the better this year for the love of Christ and God and all his people. I have had one of the hardest years ever this year. I wont bore you with the details because it is time to rejoice in the Lord and I give it all to christ almighty our Lord and savior. I am so gratefull for all the simple things like running clean water, the clothes I have on my back, the roof over my head, my good health. All the food I have, my love and mercy I have in my heart for people that don’t have the most basic things, and all my jobs I have . I recently met the most beautiful women that I am so gratefull for and I just met her 3 weeks ago and I think that I love her. She has given me hope not to give up and to be strong. I have been on only 3 dates with her and I think that the lord brought us together. I pray that things will turn around and that I will be able to provide for my family. Of course I am grateful for all your awsome lessons and for all the help that it has helped me with to understand internet Marketing better. Also Keith Wellman helped me build my website and I can’t believe all the comments I get on my blog! So God bless and Thank You!

    Hi Eric;
I’m thankful for – – “let me count the ways”. In a nutshell, all of GOD’s gifts. Friends, family, choices, trials and tribulations to learn and grow from, small triumphs after sweat, the never ending supply of stuff to learn about – – our universe is a playground for the curious. And I’m thankful for you Eric and the gifts you freely give to us here and to many others in various ways in far flung places in the world.

And I’m thankful too for your other readers who post here Eric. I’ve learned so much from their questions and perspectives. To you Eric and to whomever else reads what I write here, I’m thankful for the me-ness of me and the you-ness of you. Each of us unique and yet all of us alike.

I’m thankful for language and the ability to read. From 2 ro 3 books a week over the years, I’m now down to one Book that I never seem to finish. Every day when I read it some new revelation fills me. And each time I get to the end, it sends me back to the beginning. There are many versions of this Book. The one I read is called KJV.

Thank you soooo much Eric. GOD bless you and your family and may you live in peace, health, and wealth in the years to come.

    Gary.

I am thankful for my two teens, health, the ability to pursue my dream of becoming self-employed this year in online marketing, but I’m most grateful for the Lord’s grace on a sinner like me, who called me to salvation almost 10 years ago. The ripple effect in my family has been awesome, 3 other siblings have come to Christ since. Praise God for his son!

    Eric,

This past year has been a difficult one and I am just a few years away from retiring so when I invested everything I had into the Speed of Wealth and Mantria I beleived I would be set for retirement but instead these people were exposed as running a ponzi and as with ponzis I lost everything, every bit of what I had for retirement all of it. I am still alive so that fact alone is indictive that I am a strong person but even more so I am thankful for my health and strong mind for it appears I will be working well beyond when I would have wanted to retire (at 65 that is) but hey who needs it any how (retirement that is) but I am certainly thankful.

All the gifts life has to offer cannot be mentioned here as it will take a long essay to express just a fraction on a small scale! However I will do my best to express my gratitude…

I am ever so grateful for the miraculous wonders this life has to offer. This era we are so fortunate to live where we are so connected to each other all over the globe through the Internet. The abundant opportunities, the joys offered daily through our loved ones and of course our wealthiest asset which is to cherish each moment in great prosperity, health and full of experiences to fulfill a life of pure bliss. Not to mention our everlasting souls that are nurtured through increased light we feed through high morals and ethics to better ourselves and each other as we are all one.

Enjoy every moment and make Thanksgiving a daily holiday!

    All the best!

    God Bless,

I’m thankful that a handful(Eric being one of them) are able to teach, show, explain, share, etc about their Internet marketing methods and not like those “gurus” who are out to sell us the next thing that will “make us million in a month” hype.

That is always a great question. We do not often enough stop to remember things that we are and should be truly thankful for. My list is rather endless so I’ll stick to basics. I’m thankful for my wife, my children (now adults), my grandchildren and the rest of my extended family. I’m also especially thankful for people who are no all about greed but want to help others with their knowledge and experience. I can mention two in particular, one is a realtor named Brandi who’s intent it is to educate people who may be able to save their loans and thereby their homes in this time of economic distress. The other is you.
Thank you for all you do.

I am thankful for so many things but I’ll just touch upon a few here.
Firstly, I am thankful for having a healthy, beautiful and thoughtful 3 year old daughter. Believe it or not, at 3 1/2 my daughter is so loving and thoughtful it blows my mind.
Secondly, I’m thankful that we live in a land where we are free and have the opportunity to create our own destinies.
Lastly, I’m thankful to people like Eric Holmlund for delivering content in an ethical and candid manner and I hope to one day duplicate his success even at a fraction of his success.

    Hi Eric,
I’m grateful to be alive today. I fell asleep at the wheel a little over a year ago driving home from work. The drive was just over an hour each way. I was working 6 tens and it just caught up with me. I walked ay from the accident with just a few scratches thanks to airbags and seatbelts. I guess it wasn’t my time yet. Everything seemed ok until til about 6-8 weeks later I couldn’t get out of bed, or hardly walk or even raise my arms.I guess the body doesn’t like those sudden stops from 50-60 MPH and those trees don’t move at all. So I’ve spent the last year trying to figure out this internet Marketing. Haven’t earned anything yet but it’s slowly coming together. Trying to be Positive and developing an attitude of gratitude for each minute I’m and trying to spread the same. Love and Light to All and God Bless Everyone.

I am an American expat residing in the Philippines. A country where earning 2 dollars a day is common.

Americans are truly blessed with abundance.

There is an abundance of materials easily accessible to virtually all North Americans.

Yes, the economic downturn has created a very unfortunate situation for many Americans, but in most cases, misfortune was caused by expecting too much – that good times would last forever.

Day in and day out misfortune is how the majority of the world lives.

Many people around the world, hope for a better day – they would dream for even what most Americans currently perceive as a dismal situation.

So no matter ones circumstances, we all have a choice – each day, to wake up and choose gratitude and happiness.

There is a tendency towards being spoiled when things are too good. America must now reckon with a more realistic, harsh reality. Surely, problems in the US can be overcome, but it requires reaching down into ones inner resources, seeking God’s help, and creating a better world based on not only improving ones own circumstances, but through helping others.

This is not a time for self pity. D.H. Lawrences’ poem conveys that best:

“I never saw a wild thing feel sorry for itself. A bird will fall frozen, dead from a bough, without ever having felt sorry for itself.”

I can only feel fortunate for ALL that God has provided me. It is a complete miracle to me that my body continues to faultlessly function, that each day brings a new untold experience, that I live in an unlimited universe, that our planet can support a growing population of over 6 billion inhabitants, etc…

The only question is what we can give, as opposed to what we expect to get. For God has already provided in abundance. When “getting” is the natural result from our “giving,” I am quite certain that is how God intended for us to live.

Abundant prosperity is available to enrich all, lets just ascertain that as we gain, we make sure that others around us do too.

    Happy Thanks Giving!

Great tools you have here. There’s so many things to be thankful for, but I’ll try to make this short 😉
I’m thankful that I belong to a great church with great members who truly understand the meaning of family, I’m thankful for Christ’s ultimate sacrifice for our salvation, for health and family and for living in this great country where we have the freedom to move about as we please, and worship as we want.

What I have learned after being there and witnessing the attack on the World Trade Center on 9/11/2001 and seeing many people die, many people injured; seeing people jump from the roof 110 stories high, the the seven buildings of the World Trade Center crumble to dust and mangled steel, and walking away not badly injured, I have learned that Every Day is Thanksgiving. If we get anothe day to communicate with our loved ones and friends, it is another day to be Thankful for; Yes Everyday is Thanksgiving!!!

    Hello Eric,
My heart is overwhelmed with just reading why so many are people are thankful. I must tell all why I am thankful. First, because I accepted Christ into my life many years ago. Two, I have been married to a wonderful man of 48 years who love God. Thirdly, He wakes me up every morning, clothed me, feed me and give me strength to move about on my own volition. I am so thankful for finding a person on the web who love God and who share the blessings that were given to him. I pray God will always bless you and your family bountifully. Your site is like none I have seen.

    Hello Eric,
I must first be thankful to God with an attitude of gratitude as I am able to enjoy another thanksgiving. I am very thankful for your tips. I have learnt so much and wish I could have known the things I now know for the past five years.

Many of us get involved with some type of business on the internet and not having the knowledge to avoid a lot of the pitfalls, we dive in and we basically drown ourselves in debts and dissapointment, not to mention dealing with all the negativity and dream stealing we face.

I am thankful that you have shared your tips with us and for this I am truly thankful as it has helped me in so many areas of my business. I thank God for you and all you have shared with us daily and look forward to a great year ahead. Thank you God for your blessings in my business this year and for providing Eric to help us.
